I *love* the Horbaach brand and the price for this item is fantastic too. I've tried several different brands before this one and they all made me a little drowsy, but this one doesn't, plus I feel better since I started taking it. The tablets are small, and since magnesium oxide doesn't absorb quite as well as other types of magnesium, I grind the tablets up with my teeth. I'll definitely be reordering!

I am trying this brand of Magnesium for the first time. Although I did not notice a significant difference on the first day of taking the magnesium, I have observed a decrease in muscle spasms and cramping in my lower extremities over time. Additionally, I have noticed that my body feels more relaxed and less achy during rest. The pills are easy to swallow and absorb, making them a hassle-free addition to my nightly regimen. I appreciate that this magnesium supplement supports rest and energy, which is beneficial for me as I dislike feeling tense. Affordable and came quickly, the pills are not thick but they are long and it could be hard to swallow for those who can’t handle bigger tablets. Easy fits in with my vitamin regimen

I like this magnesium a lot. My only complaint is the lid. My 1st bottle is bought the lid broke off within a week. I got my second bottle delivered today with the lid broken off. I won't return it because I like it and the price is right but I have to worry about spilling them on the floor and I dont want my dog to get a hold of one. If I had little children I would be even more worried. I have to transfer them to a different bottle just to make sure my dog doesn't take one off of the floor. If it were for the lid I would give it 5 stars.

Works well if you have issues with muscle spasms tenderness, especially when you’re trying to sleep.

En general, tuve una muy buena experiencia con este suplemento. Me gustó su calidad y cómo me sentí durante el tiempo que lo consumí. Considero que fue una buena opción y definitivamente lo volvería a comprar.

Supplement that should not be missing in your basic diet and in your cabinet. Highly recommended.

Looks good but no benefit I think megnesium oxide helps more people less than 30 years but it didn't helped at all
