This is THEE BEST probiotic I have ever had. After I discovered it had chitosane with the probiotic strain to help with yeast overgrowth, I had to give it a shot and I’m glad I did. My whole digestive system has changed for the better! It works within 15 minutes. I am never bloated anymore, rarely have flatulence, less indigestion and fairly regulated. It also has improved my immune system. I will NEVER use any other probiotic, as long as they keep supplying this.

I have had issues with a CANDIDA overgrowth since around 2013. In all those yrs I have tried every known remedy, nothing worked long term. Not until this combination. These two products (One listed below) work together. One product will NOT work to kill and remove the candida, YOU NEED BOTH and they MUST be used in the correct sequence. AST Enzymes Floracor ParaCleanse MUST be paired with the ( ParaCleanse ) for destroying Candida. If there are other uses for this single ParaCleanse product, I am not yet aware. When I spoke to the scientist at the AST company about their product which is specifically created to kill Candida, he was the one who told me that I also had to use this other ParaCleanse product with it, and AFTER, each time I take the AST Floracore product. WHY? - He said, because their AST Floracore product literally disolves what they call the BIO-FILM which protects the Candida fungus from everything else we tried. That Bio-Film must be broken before the Fungus can be attacked directly. AND - The ParaCleanse is the 1-2 punch that comes in behind the AST Floracore after the Bio-Film is dissolving. He explained to take the AST Floracor FIRST on an empty stomach OR 2 hours after eating; THEN, AFTER eating, to take the ParaCleanse. I began this regiment in 2025 after the Candida began rising up on my skin fairly aggresively again. So, 2 pills in the morning before eating, and the other 2 after I ate was my regiment. Although the scientist at AST told me I could double that if need be. ALSO: VERY IMPORTANT - Enzymes have to be taken with ALLOT of water each day or people will experience a dehydrated stool. Ingredients - ALL VEGAN Side effects - NONE if taken with 16oz of water or more. Value - Best product available for this and at a decent price.

It really helps curb cravings for sugar. It doesn’t make them go away...but if you’re doing keto and you have a cheat week, this really helps keep the gut bacteria that cause carb/sugar cravings in check. I’ve also found that this helps with inflammation immensely (the main reason I bought it). It has been amazing combined with turmeric for keeping inflammation down. Both work well without the other, but together makes my rings fit consistently (no more massive inflammation days!) and keeps my ankles from swelling after long days.

It's amazing for everything related to gut health. The value is fantastic. Inflammation is in check. I have been on it about a year, but every shipment except one, has had a lengthy wait time. My current order placed November 17th still has not shipped out. (It's Nov 23) It's going to arrive Dec 4-17. For those of us who truly need it, that's way too long. :(

Great probiotic. I’ve been using it for months and I digest so much better. Great price also. It really works. I’ve tried lots of different ones some do nothing some really help. This has been my go to.

Bought it for my 21 yo daughter who was frequently suffering from upset stomach and diarrhea, after I've read recommendation from French vlogger/dietician. She noticed big improvement after couple of weeks and in the next month or so, her symptoms were pretty much gone. Terrific product! (However, as with any supplements, be sure to first rule out any other underlying health issues, which may cause GIT symptoms)

Love this product. Has helped my whole family fight off sickness and help from getting sick. Been taken daily and the only sickness we've had is short lived head colds. When I know we've been exposed to something or sniffling starts, I double up on the Probiotic and within 24 hours we are feeling better. Won't be without it!!!
