My 8 year wears a size 4. Should i get mens 5?

These are a true to size fit. I ordered a women’s 8 for my daughter and a men’s size 10.5 for her boyfriend. They both fit perfectly. And they’re truly worth every bit of it.

I charged it for 6 hours when I got it and the shoes are still red.... how long til they turn green to be fully charged?!??

They stay on red, you have to push the little button on the port to change the colors until it shuts off.

Do the lights flash and change colors on their own？

You can choose to have steady color: RED--GREEN--BLUE--TEAL--PINK--WHITE. Or, choose the sync cycle-- the colors move from one color to the next. Or, it will do a fast strobe (white). This is done by pressing the little red button on the usb port. Push/click it repeatedly until you get the color/effect you want.
