Great Quality wheat berries. I have been using Fresh milled flour for about a year and have never had a bad bag/container from Palouse Brand. I am still figuring out recipes but I love the bread I make with this berry. I do a mix of soft white and hard red/white. I’m on Facebook groups where a lot of people get bad wheat berry’s from other sources and I have never had an issue!

They made the claim these berries would sprout. And they did quite well! I’ve never ground wheat only corn but I enjoy making sourdough bread in the winter. Not sure if this is the “proper” wheat variety for that purpose but it works for me and they are very good!

Needed soft white wheat but didn’t want a 45 pound bucket. This is perfect. Wheat is very clean, great flavor, and made delicious muffins.

The wheat berries are the best!! I keep coming back for them. I use them to mill flour for baking. I only 4-starred it because the bucket is so hard to open and close. I have to have my husband stand on it to get it closed haha

I was concerned about how the product would ship in the bucket. The wheat bucket arrived in a box. The bucket is sealed very well. Be sure to purchase a bucket wrench. Wheat berries are very clean and mill beautifully. Will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend Palouse Brand.
