Can i pour it on salads or rice?

Yondu Vegetable Umami is concentrated, so a little goes a long way. As a salad dressing, our favorite combination is 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp lemon juice/vinegar and 1 tsp Yondu. For rice, you can pour it as a replacement of soy sauce or fish sauce. Start with 1 tsp and adjust to your taste!
