I have two pups, a rottweiler/American Eskimo mix and a chihuahua mix. I adopted them over two years ago from a local shelter. Both came with coat/skin concerns. The rotty mix looks more like a wolf. His long hair was matted and in matted swirls all over his body. He was missing hair on his tail and rear. The chihuahua mix had red skin under his coat and itched constantly. He was put on Apoquel. The rotty mix now has a BEAUTIFUL blue/black coat! Hair has grown back on his tail and rear. His hair is soft and plentiful. The chihuahua mix is no longer on Apoquel. I took him off of this medication in August of this year after being on for two years. He no longer has pink skin beneath his short coat. He does not itch. I fully believe that Strella Lab Omega 3 Fish Oil wafers restored both coats in my boys and stopped the little guy's need to be on Apoquel. I put in each breakfast bowl, two wafers each. They readily eat them along with their food. I noticed a difference in the coat of the rotty mix three months after being on Strella Lab Omega 3. The ingredients are natural, it costs minimally when compared to medication like Apoquel, my boys like the taste and it has restored their skin and coat to healthy levels. I will continue to give these Omega 3 wafers to my dogs daily. I am very happy with this supplement for my dogs.

My german shepherd has suffered from allergies since he was a puppy. These really do work and the price is great. There's no smell or funny taste. He thinks it's just another treat, so it's very easy to use. Without them, he's constantly scratching and licking his paws. They also help his coat look silky smooth. I've been using them for over a year. Highly recommend!

My dogs won't eat these. I put them in their food but they won't eat the food either. I'm hoping I can mix them with something they will eat.

Dogs enjoy it and it has made a big differenxe in the quality of coat (shine/softness). Hot spots reduced

I've been trying to find something for ny female olde english bulldogge but have had no luck! These made her even more red and itchy. So bummed

My dogs love them

My 3 blondies are my fur babies! The little chi has been scratching and biting his back legs and belly the last 6 months. I made sure all 3 dogs flea/tick chews were current and no signs of any pests on the dogs first. I changed his food, got medicated shampoo and an organic spray. The spray worked best but would have to spray multiple times daily and it left him feeling sticky/greasy. My Pom mix was licking her front legs/feet too so I asked the vet and he recommended some type of Omega vitamin chew. I found these and decided to try. I ended up giving them to all 3 dogs because it was like a treat twice daily I couldn’t leave out my lab although it was a lesser dose for her weight she didn’t really need them anyway. Almost immediately all 3 dogs started scratching constantly! My Chi began chewing so much that he had raw broken skin areas all over his legs and belly by the 3rd day! Both other dogs that weren’t even previously bad were obsessively scratching and biting! I have stopped giving them 3 days ago and all 3 dogs have settled down while only my little Chi still scratches and bites but not nearly as bad! Sad this item can not be returned!

I was skeptical about whether this would give my dog any relief or that maybe it would work but it would take months to show signs of improvement. I had to take a moment to write a review because I am pleasantly surprised. My poodle mix has been biting his paws and scratching all the time, I took chicken out of his diet and I removed eggs from his diet but I only saw small amounts of improvement in his itching. After only about a week or two of giving him these tablets I can already see a remarkable difference. Not only is he more content with less scratching but I notice his skin (he’s beige) is back to his original light colour again around his groin area as it was very dark for awhile. I will continue giving him these supplements as I’m sure there will be more improvement as time goes on. I would recommend.

It triggered more allergy in my dog and ingredients are not good as it should be. For the first time when I try to give this to my dog, she smelled and then didn’t eat it. Then I needed to mix it with her food. She smelled food and then didn’t eat it. Then I needed to give her with her favourite treat. So that’s how I feed her but all I saw is major skin problems and allergy in my dog. Then I ordered another fish oil supplement which is really miraculous and my dog lick it in seconds after she smells it. For me this product didn’t work.

Our vet told us that she found that our chihuahua has his triglycerides a little high and she recommended us to give him Omega 3, in order to lower their level to a normal number. We started him on this supplement about two weeks ago, he loves them, he is more spunky and his coat has become super soft, like touching a rabbit. We will be taking blood samples to see the effects on his triglycerides in a month from now to see the results. I am confident that we are not going to be disappointed. Great stuff so far!

I amon my second container of these. At time's I feel it's helping. Then I feel it is doing nothing at all. If by the time this container is finished, I see not maked improvements with their (dog's itching) scratching issues. I won't buy this again. (It does take time for the benefits to be seen sometime's. However after this second container. I will know one way or the other.

So my one year old shitzhu had been scratching and gnawing at her feet quite a bit.i tried everything and was about to see a vet ,when I stumbled upon this.she has been taking it for about 3 weeks,and what a difference! So much better! Will definitely keep buying this!
