I used it two days in a row to get a better understanding of how I felt after using it after eating and then I used it today on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Also, I just did a colon cleanse this weekend to help prepare my gut for the additional new product entering my system. The first time I tried it was about an hour after I ate and it took about 35 minutes to kick in. I felt that tingly feeling in my hands and feet, but only lightly. I felt a bit more energetic and focused. It was a good feeling. Now the second time I used it this morning on an empty stomach I felt an overwhelming tingling sensation that was a bit uncomfortable. I did gain energy at a rapid pace about 10 minutes later. I felt that tingle in my hands and feet mainly where it was a bit bothersome to the point where I knew I just needed to quickly workout and see if that would help remove it. I was slightly cold when I worked out(leg workout about 40 minutes with weights) and that could have exacerbated the feeling because when I started layering on clothes it reduced it a bit. As I worked out the feeling subsided some, but was still there. After the workout, I felt much better as far as the tingling. I did gain some energy and strength more than usual and it produced a happy feeling like JF other product Burn XT. I mainly take Jacked Factory's products because it dramatically boosts my dopamine or happy feeling levels even after I eat food with gluten in them, I notice the products still work.

I really love this stuff. I have been using it for a month and am going to the gym daily and this preworkout has me addicted to the gym. The pump I get is amazing. I am seeing great results already. I'm down almost fifteen pounds and am going from dad bod to starting to get my six pack back and all around cut. One scoop works great for me but if I double scoop I need to make sure I have plenty of time to workout because i'm going to get some sick sets in and I am not going to want to leave the gym. The flavor is great and it mixes very well. I use this in combination with their post workout mix and couldn't be happier. They have earned my loyal business for sure.

It works ok at best, tastes not bad, and is decent in price. The company contacted me before this review and asked if I like it. I told them it wasn’t very effective and they offered to send me something stronger. I told them it would be fine but never received it. Ok product weird partial follow up.

Good product

I’m not crazy about the flavor, but it sure does get the job done. I really like that I don’t get jittery or anxious when taking this, just focused and ready to workout. I will most likely get another in a different flavor.
