Poster Frame 30x40 Inches, WIDE Black 1.7 Inch Aluminum, Front-Loading Snap Frame, Wall Mounting, Wide Series

I've been looking at these frames for quite awhile now, and finally decided to jump in. I bought 5 of the 27x41 sized movie poster frames. I wanted frames that could accomodate either the older 27x41 one-sheets or the (relatively) newer 27x40 versions. These fit the bill perfectly, and I don't have to worry about having any hanging misalignment by having a mix of 27x40 and 27x41 frames. I admit I was a little hesitant at first after reading the many negative reviews that complained about poor packaging and shipping damage. However, all 5 of my frames arrived damage-free, even though the shipping boxes obviously took a couple hits along the way. In fact, the only major issue I had was finding that one of the frames arrived without the mounting hardware. I shot off an email to SnapeZo customer service and was pleasantly surprised to not only get a quick email response, but I also had the replacement hardware (2 sets!) in my hands within a week of my first email. As you can see from the included photo (please disregard the mess - in the process of moving around some furniture!), the frames look great and went up very easily once I learned the mounting "trick" using the included hooks. There really aren't any instructions, and the recommended internet links on the included paperwork point to dead pages or less-than-helpful information. If you're interested, after attaching the mounting hooks (also pictured) to the wall, you need to slide the frame onto them by sandwiching the hooks between the top aluminum crossbar and the white plastic backing of the frame. This seemed ridiculously difficult... until the lightbulb went on. If you leave the top edge of the frame "open" (unsnapped) until you hang the frame on the hooks, the process is MUCH easier. :) The only other caveat I would point out is to be careful when handling the frames. The machined aluminum edges, especially at the corners, are quite sharp. Additionally, there was a noticeable amount of metal shavings both still attached to some of those corners and loose within each of the frames. Be sure you clean out the debris before you begin assembling your poster and your selected clear cover into the frame, as (a) the shavings could damage your poster and (b) the shavings REALLY cling to the plastic after you remove the clear film due to the incredible amount of static build-up. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely purchase these frames again.

Really a good product. The poster I had was really big and I couldn’t find it in stores anywhere but when I ordered this frame I didn’t know it would be so easy to assemble and so pretty. Thank you for a great product.

I have ordered several frames from SnapeZo in different sizes and they are as advertised. Easy to use and have several hanging options that make displaying your items very easy. They give you two different plastic front pieces to choose from - one glossy and one anti-glare. You can store both in the frame. I use the two to sandwich the poster in between which aids in installing in the frame. Also, the way the frame clamps the poster, it does not mar or indent the poster. I also use the frames to store many other prints behind the one I am displaying. I had a problem with the shipper and contacted SnapeZo directly and they IMMEDIATELY addressed the issue and made everything great again. Customer services that truly surprised me - in the best way. Hard to come by that anymore. Buy with confidence, this is the best frame of this type I have purchased and by far the customer service can make you feel at ease spending your hard earned money!

First, let me say I was extremely satisfied with this frame! It's a perfect, reasonably priced solution for framing your more valuable one sheet movie posters. Construction and materials are good, and it's easy to install. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the silly/stupid/annoying decision to include the much preferred non-reflective UV protective poster cover and the display-useless shiny, reflective poster cover. No one spending this much for a better quality pre-made frame for their valuable posters wants the annoyingly shiny and non-protective poster cover. The MFG sells this in two versions, so you definitely want the more expensive one that comes with the UV, non-glare cover. Note to MFG: How about dropping the shiny cover and lowering the price for manufacturing, shipping and the consumer??? Including both with the higher priced version makes no sense - know your clientele! Installation was a snap. I only used two of the supplied Molly bolts for the top holes, and it was more than secure. I saw no need to complicate the installation by using all of the Molly bolts (it would have been an alignment nightmare, but your needs may require using all the mounting bolts). I would absolutely buy this product again!

I would NOT recommend buying a product from this manufacturer. I should have paid more consideration to the reviews because the quality is simply put...poor. The black finish on the frame that I received was scuffed up around the entire perimeter of the frame. The anti-glare has a scratch 18 inches long that was not repairable and would have been an eye sore if I had actually installed the frame. Seems to be a lack of quality assurance for their products going out the door. I’m sending the product back and won’t be asking for a replacement because I don’t think the next one would be any better, based on my first and only experience and those of other reviewers. I wasn’t intending on using this frame for backlighting like the movie poster frames I purchased from HT Market, so I thought I could accomplish what I needed with a less expensive frame. While those from HT Market are more expensive, they are much, much better quality than SnapeZo and didn’t arrive with a host of cosmetic issues.

We had a large charcoal piece that our son created in an art class. We absolutely loved it, but the cheapest local framing option was $550. We read through the reviews of this frame and decided to take a chance. The box arrived without damage, and the frame inside only had one minor ding where the paint was gone. We are really happy with the look, quality and the way the front of the frame opens. Would recommend.

I struggled to find a frame to fit this size map, 30” x 45”. Custom frames were running $450-$500. This frame was affordable and a perfect fit! Very happy with it.

It does the trick but with a frame this big, the clear side separates from the photo inside in the middle so you have to press the clear part to the photo if you’re trying to read something small (like a map). However you can’t tell from far back.

I was on the fence for such a big frame, I saved 50$ not getting a custom frame. It is ok, easy to put in the poster but the corners especially on one do not touch which takes away from the presentation. I would prefer Micheal's for a frame this size.
