Do your homework and fall in love with this super quiet large load washer dryer! I am down to 3 loads a week! Saving time and money! No more sad Sundays doing a weeks worth of laundry. As for the capacity, with 11kg wash and 7kg dry it means you can wash and dry a 7kg load without removing any items! It’s awesome. Best birthday gift I’ve had in ages!

Rubbish machine, unable to be repaired, engineer damaged machine, damaged floor and damaged kitchen cupboard. All in all, machine - rubbish, engineer - rubbish. Thankfully Hotpoint raised an Uplift number to remove, dispose and refund.

Has never worked correctly. I wasn't sure if the glitches were one-offs at first, so I gave the machine the benefit of the doubt and kept using it. It's never come good. It runs a cycle which it says will take 4:55 (intensive wash and dry) and it will still be going 12 hours or more later, with very mixed results when it eventually finishes. Sometimes the contents are still wet, sometimes they're crispy and stuck to the drum... It's really completely unreliable. I found it confusing trying to get any tech support (through Amazon, through Hotpoint, chatbots, support phonelines...) and by the time I realised it was fairly consistently glitching, I was probably outside of a warranty window. I'm not convinced that the machine is altogether safe to operate, so I'll likely now have to hire a third-party appliance engineer to look at it, at not-insignificant cost. I think I must have just got unlucky? But I certainly wouldn't buy another large/expensive appliance through Amazon again after this experience.

Regardless of the load the drying time remains static. You can do an XL bedding program which dries up to 7KG but creases your clothes. The other programs don’t dry the clothes properly unless you put a very small load on. So it’s an all or nothing machine sadly. You also get a massive build of up clothing fibres around the rubber seal which you have to wipe away after every wash. Regret buying it

I ordered this washer dryer looks nice but wouldnt dry had an error message which the sensor had broke only had it a few days was returned

Delivered faulty - gets stuck on programs and damages clothes, boils clothes, really loud spin and the icing on the cake is the tumble dry stinks of burning fish
