Hi i bought this was it suppossed to come with 2 replacement filters? If so i didnt recieve them it says in description that it was suppossed to

Hi Jessica, The one that I purchased only had the one inserted into the handle, it suggested to purchase 2 additional filters for an additional cost, but I only purchased the shower head and hose. On my purchase it didn't suggest that it would come with additional filters. Double check the advertised item and if it claims that additional filters come with it, I would make them supply it. Do you have to replace the filter? How often?

Yes, you have to replace the filter. Changing the cartridge after at least every 6 months will ensure the optimal performance of the shower head.

I'm wondering if the filter removes copper from the water?

Easy to install and really works! Bought for my daughter's shower and she loves it! I tried it and noticed my skin wasn't dry like my nonfiltered shower. Thinking of purchasing one for myself. It has a nice weight to it and no leaks! The hose is a good length and nice and flexible which I like. The pressure is good and water feels soft on skin. Price was great for the quality you get. Highly Recommend!
