Excellent product! What I really liked about this product was it had an excellent build design. It fits all sizes and it's engineered to be able to do that seamlessly.The helmet feels solid and well made. The hearing protection is effective without being uncomfortable even after long use. The adjustment system is simple and reliable. It stays secure while climbing or working overhead.Customer service was outstanding. They followed up to make sure I received the order and that everything was in good shape. They also answered questions quickly and professionally.This is a five-star product for anyone who needs dependable safety gear on the job. I would absolutely recommend it to other arborists or anyone doing tree work. It is clear they put thought into both the design and the support behind it.

Please see the below review for full background.TLDR; Purchased-probably had faulty clip piece-left review-NoCry team reached out like no other company has to check in-second try helmet works great and actually better than expected-very happy.TLWR; OK, first I want to say again how exceptional the NoCry customer service team is. After leaving an honest review about unfortunately only being able to use my helmet for a short time, they reached out to make everything right, and I a) can't believe a company in this day and age would do so, and b) have had my expectations exceeded.If you're looking at this picture, it's a before pic from a day of heavy duty use and cutting. But before and after look identical (my hands and arms are a different story).Please note, I beat the heck out of this thing: small trees falling on my head, rushing through head first through tree limbs, I hit the helmet hard on a small corner of a low structure. Did I mention trees falling on my head? (OK, I did want to put this through the wringer, and a couple of those trees may have been my not paying total attention at the time ((kids, don't try this at home)) but all's well that ends well and all in a day's work).I'm honestly glad NoCry reached out to check in because the product is solid. I'm going to pick up some other items from the company I need, because aside from this helmet being solid, it's a huge relief knowing if there's anything wrong, I can reach out to people who actually care.Again, Taylor has been invaluable in assisting me with everything. Give that man a raise. Other than that, ask me anything about the helmet. If it can make it through a day with me, it can make it through a lifetime for you.---After leaving a review regarding what seemed like a faulty piece, the company has been actually amazing at checking in, following up and attempting to make everything right. I don’t cut trees for a living but I do cut several trees on the farm each year. I didn’t want to spend hundreds of dollars on something that I don’t use all the time. This helmet fits my needs perfectly. I was surprised by the fit and the hearing protection is way better than I expected. Also using the screen shield allows for air flow to keep my head cooler. I would definitely buy it again

I was surprised at the cost of this forestry helmet after researching similar helmets. This one is by far the most economical I found for the cost. I do not do enough tree work to warrant hundreds of dollars on something like this. I bought it mainly for the mesh face shield. Here is my take on it so far:1. The ear muffs are not all that great. They are adjustable. They do block the loud sounds from the chainsaw, however, they are not the quality one needs for full ear protection while using power equipment. 4-Stars for this alone.2. The mesh shield worked out perfectly. I wear prescription glasses and it does a great job of protecting the face. It also keeps saw dust from hitting your collar and going down the front of your shirt.3. It has a manually adjustable band on the inside of the helmet to make it fit your head perfectly.4. The helmet is adequate when small limbs or smaller branches happen to strike it when falling.5. In extreme cold weather, your breathing will cause ice to form on the mesh face guard with heavy breathing. It is not a deal breaker and melts off quickly when in a warmer environment.This is not a professional forestry helmet. If you are looking for something to protect you for home projects and not break the bank, then get this. If you need something more professional, get ready to spend some money.

I work for a tree service that sub-contracts for a power company and the class-e certification was the buying point for me on this hard hat setup. I use it to trim grass down to dirt around power poles and a lot of rocks now dont hit me in the face while doing so. I always have my ppe gear with the ear protection on the helmet as well. My only complaint is the hinges for the face guard could be built a little better as I know they will wear down since theyre plastic with extended use.

Adjusts easily and stays on head firmly without a chin strap even when going fast over bumpy grass. Ear muffs cancel a lot of the noise while mowing. Easy to see through the screen and it kept pieces of weeds from hitting my eyes. It is a little difficult to put together but my hubby was able to do it for me.

Wonderful helmet. Great price. I use the metalMesh screen only. The polycarbonate screen has a protective film. Never noticed in Nocry material. Removed film. Still can see.I am nearsighted. Eyes focus close.Remove film screen is useless.I would rather have a second mesh screen.Overall a beautiful designed and excellent product. MLP

Product is as advertised. Adjustable so can be as loose or tight as you want. Seems very well made. Lightweight.
