It’s very good and easy to use but difficult to get rid of any water that is left in the tank. I always thought my house was very clean but using this steamer made me realise the hidden dirt. I was able to clean my rugs too. Great value for money.

Great Steamer! Heats up very fast, great length lead and also liked the fact that it did not come with loads of random plastic attachments that you would never use like other steamers and end up in land fill. Also came with 2 reusable pads that can be washed, so also great for the environment! I did a lot of research before buying a steamer and would highly recommend this one.

It came without the pads. But I paid £10 more to get it through Amazon as the customer service is excellent and on Trust Pilot Vileda has very bad ratings for their after sales care ( was £10 cheaper). Glad I did as Amazon resolved the issue by way of me ordering some pads but not having to pay for them. The pads aren’t quite the same but do the job. So only 4 stars because of this but the steam mop itself would get 5 stars as very impressed with it. This is by far the best one I’ve had. Cleans very well with no excess water to mop up as can happen with some other brands! It heats up very quickly as described and has a long cord which is long enough to do 2 rooms without having to unplug.

I bought a well-known UK brand steam mop some years ago and we did not become friends. In fact I hated it as I had to keep waiting (or pumping) for steam to be produced and cleaning would have taken forever if I hadn’t got rid of it ;-) A waste of money! My idea of a steam mop was to turn it on and it constantly produces hot steam without me losing the will to live. I came across this one and watched many YouTube videos as I had lost faith in steam cleaning. Not that I enjoy doing that but I wanted verification that it STEAMS, STEAMS, STEAMS! Well, if you are in doubt to invest in another household gadget that might not work: This one is absolutely fantastic!! - Ready in no time (as described less than a minute) - If turned off to change pads or so it is ready again in seconds - So powerful: constantly steams without the need to pump or do anything - Its 3 settings are well calibrated: * For my shiny porcelain tiles I use low or medium in order to avoid watermarks * For wood grain effect tiles I use medium * For wooden floors use 'low' (make sure to use a new dry pad that is not soaking) and it works a treat - It is very light and the cable is really long (though I put extensions cable on) - Sufficient tank size and easy to refill - Extra pads are quite expensive but worth it My summary: This unit is a real work horse. I am able to clean 120smq + of differently tiled and wood floors in no time. No sweating, no swearing - I am over the moon. The triangular version is sufficient and really good to get into the corners. I got an extra set of the original pads, a cheap string sport bag for all pads, refill container and carpet unit. When cleaning I grab the 'steam- mop-miracle' in one hand, extension cable over the shoulder with the pad bag and off I go ;-) Cleaning has never been so easy. A little attachment for narrow areas would be great. Busy countryside home with dog and garden right at the front door step and this unit ticks all boxes for me: squeaking clean in no time and without heavy equipment or hard work :-) And, not to forget the price is a fraction of some brands; it has no useless frills /bits so that I am hopeful that it will do great work for me for a long time.

A brilliant no frills steam mop, three adjustable settings and a carpet glider. Does the job brilliantly and the power wattage surpasses the likes of Shark. Two mop heads included which is great.

Simple to use and brilliant. I have used this mop for 4 months now and it is so much better than I expected. It cleans and sterilises my new strip laminate floor without any chemicals really well. It is light and the cleaning pad washes and dries fast so you are not just pushing dirt around the floor like normal mops. It also works well on the vinyl flooring in the bathroom. Worth every penny.

Makes mopping the floor so easy! No chemicals needed, just water. Very effective. I love the washable pads. Just wish the cord was longer.

Brilliant! I don’t really leave reviews but this is wonderful that I needed to share as the mop is just so fantastically light and easy to use! I love the continuous steam without levers and triggers and the easy storage option too. I know I will use this regularly due to its simplicity to set up, use and put away. I have an older one that cost triple what this did but it is cumbersome and awkward- this just glides around and really cleaned well leaving the floor damp and not soaked. I also really liked the adjustable steam option which I will use on more delicate floors. Well worth the money.
