En general el portafiltros tanto en el plástico como en las partes metálicas está muy bien en cuanto a calidad, he podido agarrar portafiltros qué vienen con las máquinas Breville y este es muy parecido por no decir igual en sensación y no me pareció excesivamente caro, tal vez para la gente muy sibarita de las canastas de espresso le encuentre un pero pero a mi eso no me interesa pues para un uso doméstico normal tiene un rendimiento exactamente igual que la canasta del portafiltros qué viene de fábrica en la maquina que uso, así que todo bien.

SO this fit perfect in my Calphalon temp IQ machine, not having a pressurized basket, I had to make some changes. I purchased a new grinder DF54, gave my old OXO away as did not grind fine enough to pull a good shot from this. Can't say enough good things about the new grinder, once dialed in my shots are much more like what you get from a real barista. Fresh beans make a big difference in the crema . Wishing I would have switched grinder and poratafilter long ago. I did try to buy a single wall basket to use in my original portafilter, but it was way too tight of a fit. If you cant get good shots with this, its your grinder, the machine is not the issue IMO.

This works great! It's lasted longer than the one I got with my espresso machine. Still using it! Design fits my espresso machine very well. No leaks or grinds in my cup.
