Reasonably priced saw
I have a few doors to hang and tried to trim the oak veneer doors with my jigsaw, of which made a mess. I did some research and saw that I needed a circular saw. Shopped around a bit and saw this one, of which has good reviews and is a decent price, so I took the plunge and ordered one. Today I have trimmed the bottom of one of the doors off with this saw and it made easy work of it. I'm far from being a tradesperson or a skilled DIY'er, but this saw did make make my job easier and gave me a nice clean cut with the 40-tooth blade. Highly recommend.

Build quality tool finish and of course the price.
This bad boy is sheer unadulterated power. The blades it is supplied with are spot on, great, and cut clean every time.

cheap and cheerful - but limited in quality
This is a cheap and cheerful saw. It is noisy, the 'laser light' is so dull I can barely see it and the mechanical guide is far to flimsy and short to do anything useful. But all that said, is is a fraction of the price of a quality product and if you don't need anything fancy then it will make some simple cutting easy for you. The blade locator is poorly designed and if you don't get the blade centred exactly right then the it rotates eccentrically and it cuts very badly ... so you decide on the price you want to pay and live with it.

Good value
Had this for a short time and have used it to cut up old fence posts have not yet used it for mor accurate work but I sure it will be fine, the laser seems to be well aligned, nice long mains cable along with 2 blades and the tools to fit and remove them, good machine for the price.

Fantastic piece of kit.
I have used this to cut doors and other pieced of wood. Comes with a laser guide and an assortment of blades. I'm a novice but happy with this saw.

solid, cheap, accurate, what's not to like?
I bought this enventor version 1 (not the upgraded version) circular saw for some diy projects, the provided batteries for the laser guide were dead but that's to be expected, two brand new amazon basics AAA batteries got the laser guide up and running and it's spot on with where the cut is made. The guide installs simply and is adjusted simply, it works for guiding you along an edge.I freehanded my first project cut with it as i didnt have any spare AAA's to power the laser however i replaced the 24t blade for a 80t blade to prevent chipout on the particle board i was using and the results are really good, it made a very accurate cut then but i was following a line i drew in pencil on the masking tape applied to the edge to be cut. It's a simple cheap circular saw, it works well, its safe and easy to use, its not going to win any competitions against a dewalt, makita or milwaukee saw but it will win your wallets pick for being budget friendly.I like it and would recommend it, installing a new blade is easy and its a good little saw perfect for my needs as a diy hobbyist.
