I was worried from the mixed reviews and this being a frequently returned item but a couple nights in, my neck/shoulders/back are feeling WAY better than with my old cervical pillow (the rectangular kind, which made my head way too high). It keeps me on my back through the whole night and is the perfect height. Works very well with a tempur pedic mattress, although I would wonder if it’d be as comfortable with a stiff mattress. Super compact, I may start traveling with it as well. Feels good quality - squishy but firm. Definitely recommend. Not something you can really side sleep with (that’s a good thing though!) Sometimes when I do want to lay on my side and scroll a bit, it can still be easily repositioned to support my head (in the groove) and neck (on the raised part).

I know it says it’s not an all night pillow and to just use it for 15-30 minutes for up to 7 days at a time but I just received this yesterday and used it last night. ALL NIGHT! Let me tell you. I immediately felt relief as soon as I layed on it. Removed my other pillows and layed flat using it. Neck and shoulder tension MUCH better waking up this morning. Just firm enough for support and just soft enough for comfort. The shape supports the areas needed. Highly recommend getting one if you wake up with neck and upper shoulder pain. No smell either.

Great for sleeping on your back, not so much for side sleepers. Wonderful for those with Parkinsons or stiff neck, helps protect the cervical curve.

PROS: Sleep, oh so good. Read & watch telly w/out pain or aches. Pillow sort of hard at first, but softened to perfection after a couple of nights, well worth sticking with. CONS: Received used/returned merchandise, but paid for a new, unused or returned pillow & did NOT receive a discount for being a used/returned item. Arrived in a crumpled box & ripped plastic bag. Don't know who to be unhappy with, so 3 stars is the best I can do. Yes, washed covering before use, as returns can be ----.

I received my neck pillow and extra pillow case on time and in great (new) condition. It works perfectly well for me while I sit in my recliner watching television. I have to keep my spine in the best alignment at all times as much as possible, and this pillow does that for the cervical area, as well as in keeping it in proper form.

A year ago I ordered a cervical “pillow” that my chiropractor instructed me to buy and use and it was the most awful hard material ever, felt like a stiff brick under my neck, and I couldn’t tolerate more than a couple minutes on it before I was screaming in pain. It even gave me tinnitus because it was compressing nerve. So I gave up on this part of my treatment. Recently I found this and ordered it because reviews made it sound so comfortable and let me tell you it did not disappoint!! I’m in so much pain from pinched nerves at c5, c6 and c7 and this pillow is comfortable enough to lay on for longer periods and still feel like it’s doing something to treat my lack of curve. I have a temperpedic mattress and pillow (the odd shaped one with the neck hill) and I’d say the softness, quality and squishability of this pillow is right about the same. The cover material is very silky smooth, soft, and doesn’t pull your hair. It’s also very cool to the touch. I’m so glad I ordered this one, I might actually see some improvement with my condition now that I have a cervical pillow I actually want to use.

This is a great neck pillow! I ordered it for a family member who is in the hospital long term. His neck has been bothering him constantly. I first gave him a traveling flight pillow with the U shape, but it was too bulky. Then I came across this pillow on Amazon. It works perfectly for his needs! It has really helped relieve his neck pain. The pillow supports his neck and still allows for movement when necessary. Really a lifesaver for his situation but I am going to purchase another for me for lounging. Very supportive and well made.

This was almost perfect. Would be if I were a large person or not as sensitive. I WANT to keep this pillow, but sadly it’s a bit too large for me. It’s so comfortable (could be a bit softer/squishier ideally but definitely not at all “hard” or firm) and truly high quality. At first I was like this is awesome. But after laying flat for only a minute or so I could tell if I stayed using it for the whole time I was gonna lie down (30ish minutes) that it would likely trigger a headache (I get those easily) due to the pressure on my neck. The back of my head did touch the couch so it wasn’t way too thick, but it was still thick enough to put a little pressure instead of simply a place for the arch of my neck to rest and be supported. I’m a 5’4” female with a sensitive neck/head though. The space between my neck and a soft surface (mattress, couch, etc) when laying down is only about 1 inch or so. The small part of this was much thicker. Everything else was perfect except maybe also make the small part a tiny bit longer and the whole thing a bit softer. For me that’d be perfect if I could custom order one. lol But I imagine this will be amazing for many!

One of the BEST pillows for going away with for myself. Has given me so much neck and back comfort. Worth its weight in gold! So many pillows on the market are Perthetic , not this one❤️!

En lo personal, el material me pareció muy rígido e incómodo, no se puede usar del lado, para solo usarlo boca arriba e inmovilizar es bueno !!
