I dont really see the results but i use it as a corset for tight clothes

Not the best first impression but overall ok
It came with a long black hair attached (my hair is currently pink), clearly a returned item not very well checked/cleaned: shame because I purchased many other items from this brand (underwear, sports bras, bras) and I never had this issue before. Anyway I washed it myself and for the rest it makes you sweat a lot, just select the right size because the fit is extremely tight (which is the point). Can be worn under clothes but please don't use it during workouts, the bones are well secured but there is always the risk that they might stick out and hurt you with excessive bending/stretching.
