It’s not really hot. I don’t like anything hot or spicy and I love this. There is another one that is hot and it says extra hot on the label. This one is just a little spicy. Good flavor. Good on Chinese food, just mix with a little soy sauce and this makes it sweater like the restaurants serve.

I could and have put this on just about anything and everything. Delicious and worth the money. Perfect level of heat

Mike's Hot Honey is delicious and a little bit special. I use it on everything from waffles to pizza to give it just a little bit of heat and delightful sweetness.

Bought the larger size, it arrived with the cap loose, the seal not attached and honey leaking thru the package. No bag was used to contain the leakage. Not a fan of this lid, no way to completely close it. It’s a squirt bottle that is ready to use, not very sanitary. I will buy a different cap or container. The honey is great

The only issues was our customs border here in Australia opened one fo the bottles to test. I get it, but take this into consideration when buying and importing through customs.

This is the best hot honey—only good things to say about the honey itself! It’s sweet with just the right amount of heat and is perfect drizzled over pizza. I’ve removed one star because the bottle arrived with a different cap than the one shown in the product photos. I specifically purchased the larger size because the advertised bottle and cap appeared ideal for drizzling. Unfortunately, the cap I received dispenses the honey inconsistently, making it difficult to get an even drizzle. The honey is fantastic, but if the bottle shown in the listing is important to you, be aware that you may receive a different cap than advertised. I’ll be looking for a replacement cap so I can enjoy the product the way I intended.

I love this stuff but lately it crystallizes so easily. Not worth it to get the large bottle if it is just going to seize up and be impossible to get out of the bottle. I have made my own honey and had my own hives before and good,pure honey does NOT do this. Such a shame. I won't purchase again.
