Hedgehogs Journal (Diary, Notebook)

This notebook is REALLY cute! It feels sturdy, the pages have a nice smooth feeling, without being glossy. Ink goes on well, and my G2 pens that I use to doodle in it don't bleed through. There is a bit of a "ghost" image through the page, but not dark enough to interfere with any writing or drawing on the other side. The line spacing is nice, not too narrow. The back pocket feels sturdy. There is no bookmark, so you'll need your own. I really like the extra touch of having little gold foil highlights on the hedgehogs and flowers on the cover, as well as some of the designs being slightly raised, which give it a nice extra tactile touch; I didn't expect either, and they were a pleasant surprise. Overall, a nice sized little notebook, really cute, and feels very sturdy.

I absolutely love it! I just wish I could find it as a 2024 planner also.

Top cute.The pages are lined, plain, and an ivory color. It's the perfect size to carry around with me everywhere. I write in it with a fountain pen, and the ink usually doesn't cause much ghosting. Very pretty and seems rather sturdy to me. I use the pocket to put my sticker sheets in. I can't wait to fill this journal in completely.I will definitely buy again from Peter pauper press. Thank you! :)

This is a really cute journal- I ordered the hedgehog print for myself, and another print for a friend. It’s a good size- not too small or to large, fits in my purse. I prefer hard cover journals, which this one is. And it’s got the band to keep everything sealed, if desired. I do wish they would add a little ribbon bookmark to these- but otherwise, it’s absolutely perfect! Shipping was quick and easy. I love the variety of prints by this Peter Pauper Press- there’s something for everyone!

The notebook is very cute. It's smaller than I thought but it will fit great into an every day purse.

Adored the front cover and the side! It was difficult to capture with my camera how the hedgehogs shine like gold, but I managed to! As you move the book around, you see different golden parts of the hedgehogs shimmering. The hedgehogs are raised very slightly out of the cover. Beautiful!!Paper: The paper is thick for sure. It is kind of bland inside. All of the pages are the same that you see in my pic.Back inside: It has a little accordion fold out section for stashing little notes or something. It isn't sturdy at all. The glue is terrible on it. It came apart even though I treated it with glove fingers. I had to reglue.Packaging: It came inside a clear package with a fold up sticky seal so that it can slide out of the bottom.My child has a friend that adores hedgehogs and snails. She will go nuts for this! Kids love journals too!Rebuy: I would definitely rebuy. Thrilled with my purchase.Side: I have the plastic cover on it for my picture, so the line that you see in the picture isn't actually on the journal.

Gorgeous little journal, and I think the quality is excellent. I’m a big fan of the Peter Pauper Press. Cute embossed silver spike details on the hedgehogs’ backs. The book is smaller than A5 (though not as small as A6) so it’s not quite big enough for my regular journaling needs. However, I will use it or perhaps gift it.

What can I say? I love Peter Pauper Press journals and cannot recommend them enough for anyone who wants to write anything at all. The designs are gorgeous and they're great quality.
