Olivia: Princess for a Day

My daughter owns all of the Olivia dvds and loves them!! This one is no exception! The stories are cute and entertaining, and the show is not annoying for me, which is a plus. There are too many preschool shows that are hard for me to sit and watch with her, but I enjoy Olivia! I recommend any of the Olivia dvds or books to parents everywhere! They are always a winner in my household! :)

My grandkids love this video. It is the first video they have ever seen, but they really like it. They ask for it every day- and are allowed to see one episode each day. They always seem to want to see the one about the princess. Nice story.

My grandson loves Olivia and so do I! I wish there were more Olivia DVD's as he now has all of them. When he comes over for the weekend, we will watch Olivia together and talk about the storyline when each is over. Olivia, family, and friends are wonderful and provide a very healthy program. I don't have to worry that my 4 year old grandson will be exposed to something that is not appropriate. This is a great DVD!

On the cable channel, my grand daughter was transfixed to watch one episode after another. Week days, No Olivia, so that why i decided to buy a couple of DVD's of this character. Once I got the Video's and start playing them, they don't keep her interest. Still trying to figure , why?

My toddler loves this. I think she watched the princess episode 100 times in a row before she wanted to watch anything else. All of the stories are really cute. Most we had seen on the TV show. The princess episode was a bit different format with lots of singing.

This DVD of Olivia Princess for a day is well suit for the age groups 1 to 7 years of age. The animation is done quite well and it displays lessons that children can learn from. Have purchased other titles for our granddaughter who is also named Olivia

Well, this video has single handedly started a princess obsession in my two year old. She loves this video more than any other Olivia DVD, and she has watched it so much ALREADY that we are back for a second copy due to damage she inflicted on the first copy. This has only been out about 6 weeks.

DVD didn't work. It was sold as new, but had fingerprints on the bottom. Because I shipped it as a gift, I couldn't get it back to return it, so I just gave up on it.

Princess For A Day may be fine for the kids but it lacks the subtlety that makes the earlier episodes enjoyable for adults. I can get used to the singing but not things like the rocket powered tunneling ship and the magical compact that paints sparkling "O"s.
