Excellent Product, the results are amazing and very convenient because it’s capsules

It is creatine mono without the mess or guessing on what the serving as you would for a bulk powder. No taste other than the taste of gel cap it is in. Nothing more to really be said about it other than it is creatine it comes in pill form. Buy it if you don't want to measure anything.

The quality is fine, but for the recommended 5g daily dose you're required to take too many pills. Just buy the powder and a 5g scoop.

Bulk supplements has always been a reliable brand for supplements that are good quality for a good value. Just a few things for people before buying. This product is made from cow gelatin, so it’s not vegan. The size is fairly small and convenient for these pills (I can down all 7 without choking). They’re about 2cm long and .7 cm wide. These capsules have a weird taste and smell to them so I wouldn’t leave them in your mouth too long. It’s better than the powder tho bc I tend to gag with the feeling of the powder form of creatine. So these pills are lifesavers. They are pretty expensive compared to the powder form but I buy the 420 pack to get the most of your money. That gives you a 2 month supply or 60 servings of 5g. Just today I found a hair in the capsule which made me question their processes of getting these in their container. Hopefully it’s as sanitary and sterile as we think. Nonetheless you get what you pay for and this product is not horrible.
