This has done nothing for my pain. I have been using it quite a while now and have got absolutely no pain relief. I can see that as it rubs in smoothly it would be good for massaging, but perhaps it is the massaging that bring the so called 'instant' relief' not the gel.

Amazing
So glad I tried this. I have OsteoArthritis and Rotator Cuff Tendinopathy (and some damage) in my shoulder and OsteoArthritis, torn Meniscus and other damage to my knee. I also have degeneration to my Lumbar spine and in my Neck - and Fibromyalgia :'( I was presribed (amongst other Analgesics) 10% Ibuprofen gel - but I honestly think this is at least as efffective as the Ibuprofen, probably more. It's very 'soothing' as well as simply 'working' like the Ibuprofen. I will definitely buy more! Great value too compared to tubes of gel. Brilliant (Same company do an extra strong Arnica gel in a white and yellowish pot which is also excellent - bruises / strains etc. My Dad uses that because he bruises easily on Warfarin)

Easy to use
We've used Devil's claw before ... this product is easy to use. The smell is great. Not too overpowering. The gel is non-greasy so doesn't mess up clothes/furnishings. I have recommended this product to a few people. We find it great for muscle/joint pain and of course drug free!!
