Great Fiber Source!
I'm a few days in in adding these to my daily diet. I've been told by many and by my doc that I need more fiber in my daily diet. Looking at the natural choices for ways to increase fiber was a non-starter to this picky eater. I took a chance on these since......chocolate......and haven't been disappointed. My fiber numbers, while still lower than they should are higher and I'm already feeling a bit better. They taste delicious, are individually packaged and convenient, and are a great snack as well.

Fantastic product, I buy every month
I didn't realize that I ordered chocolate but I am happy that I did. They are delicious, like a chocolate cookie, with tea or coffee, what a treat!!! I depend on metamucil wafers & 2-3 fiber gummies to battle ibs-d and it is very effective. Amazon has the best price

They add needed fiber without the gritty taste.
High in fiber and although they don’t have a lot of flavor, they do the trick. The cookies are packaged well and most are not broken. Fresh when the package is opened. I wish they were less expensive but do help with my IBS. Recommend as a way to get needed fiber in my diet.
