Nice little bench.
Easy to put together, we use it on our tiny front porch that has a wide open space abutting a front garden bed, that needs a bit of privacy. We have placed other metal standing fences to house climbing jasmine that will eventually house on the arbour over the bench. Cushions are on the seat, and it makes for a convenient rest spot for unexpected callers, or some reading time. The delivery guys like to use it as well, as it is stable enough to hold packages. However a Cat1 hurricane gust did blow it over, so if wind is an issue, weights on the feet could offset that occasional hiccup. Would recommend for occasional use.

Good quality!
It is a well made and sturdy, yet elegant looking iron arbor, and even has a built in bench for two people. All the parts were there and the entire thing was easy to assemble.

Sturdy but showing early rusts
Sturdy and easy to assemble. Only reason giving it 4 stars is because it started rusting a month after being outsideโฆ

Missing holes for screws
The quality is nice for the price. I recommend spraying with a clear coat to protect from any rust. It's quality... but not that quality. We also encountered pieces missing screw holes. It got annoying pretty quick having to drill our own. For the price it's okay. I would've upped the stars had there been some quality control on pre drilled holes.

Rusted, Unstable, Bent arch, Poor workmanship
This product was easy to assemble, although, pieces were missing holes to screw the parts together. The arch is not a proper arch. The arch is wonky-looking, see images. The welds holding the product pieces together are poorly done. Pieces from one of the welds flaked off. After placing the product outside for 24 hours the product has rust. I would not recommend buying this product for an outdoor garden bench even though the product is listed as "Giantex 81in Metal Garden Arch with Bench, Outdoor Garden Arbor Archway Trellis for Climbing".

Great for the price, sturdy, it your really tall, very easy to lift the bench height. I love it
I had my doubts BUT I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY with this, sturdy, not bulky, Im going to attach planters on both sides & a mossy basket wired down on the top for more flower height & cascading. For the price GREAT. 2 ppl in our 50s sat there, arms wrapped around me at sunrise. If you're really tall you could put stained wood or flat thin block under the legs in 3 places and lift for really tall ppl. THIS ONE HAS LEGS UNDER THE BENCH to support weight, the cheaper one does not! I'm delighted

Q.C. terrible; holes in the wrong place
Part A, largest panel with the filigree hearts, looks like it's symmetric, but actually it's not; there's a front post, with one hole drilled, and a back post, with two holes drilled. The back posts will get the seat back, which is not explained in the drawings, and needs to be emphasized. When the welding guy has a bad day, he installs the back post upside down. Instead of the two holes being 16" and 31" from the bottom, when flipped, they are 13" and 28" from the bottom. So they are completely unusable. There is no way to fix this by repositioning the panel; all four bottom holes MUST be 16" off the ground, or there's no way to install the seat. This would normally be fixed during welding by having a jig with posts in it, to hold the poles while being welded, so there's no way one could be installed flipped. A backup is to have a template with the holes marked in black on the welding bench. When the powder-coat paint guy is having a bad day, he lets industrial mistakes like this slip through. When the packing guy is having a bad day, he doesn't inspect the finished product before packing it. When the Quality Control guy is having a bad day, he doesn't inspect packages before they go out the door. Or worse, he does, and finds there's a bad lot with a certain percentage that are defective. But he deals them off to a distributor for cheap who is hungry, who may or may not realize it. All this can be prevented by hiring people who are on top of their game. The error is not easily detectable until the piece is 3/4ths put together. Instead, I have to go out and buy a 3/8" special drill bit for drilling steel for $15, then carefully align holes using a chopstick and drill my own. However, this is still cheaper than spending the time and hassle to document the industrial mistake, argue with the distributor who may want the unit disassembled and shipped back in the original packing--that's not going to happen--and they're not going to ship just one large steel panel to correct, in my opinion. If they ship an entire unit to correct, then I have to deal with the problem of getting rid of 7/8ths of duplicate unusable steel parts. Total lose all around. So I took care of it. Out of two units ordered from this seller, one unit was defective. So your luck may vary. The design is missing four washers, under screws L(x2) and M(x2). These are not essential for the structure, but it would have been nicer had the mechanical engineer spec'd them for inclusion. Drawing #2 needs the second hole on the back post emphasized, on both sides, as upon naive inspection it appears that the A panels are symmetric, and it doesn't matter which way is down. The side with two holes must be on top. Steps 5, 6, and 7, the arch installation, need to be completed while the unit is still on the ground, after step 1, but definitely before step 4. Step 4 without the arch installed is a lose. Without the arch to act as a spacer, the uprights wobble badly, putting strain on the joints. The nuts part P are easy to lose if they're not screwed on all the way, and one extra would be a nice touch. Apart from that, it's a nice design, with 1/2"-square steel structures, welding, and powder coating, at a nice price. The parts fit together well, and thought has gone into the original design. The price is good, if you get one that works. Just measure the height of the holes from the bottom end opposite the hearts--all four of them should be the same 16" off the ground--before you get it out of the package. A good effort, and could be great with a little industrial engineering.
