What a brilliant product! I have two very fluffy cats so selected this vacuum for it's high level of suction and also the convenience of it self emptying. It's so convenient to use - just press the button and offit goes! It covers my whole 3 bed house no problems then comes back to the charging station to empty itself - fantastic! I now have clean floors all the time. I haven't tried the app or the mop yet. I've removed hair from the sweeper and wheel a couple of times to ensure smooth running. 100% recommend!

When it worked, it was incredible. Was very happy with the quality, accuracy etc. But after day 2, it kept notifying me the vent was faulty. I checked everything and it was all completely clear. Followed some advice from the app how to reset, no change. Tried this twice. Contacted the manufacturer with 0 response. Contacted Amazon for a return and full refund. Very disappointed.

Tried another product and it couldn't map at all well. This one maps very well and navigate obstacles really well. Overall, this is excellent and I'd recommend buying one when an offer can be found. What I would complain about is the mopping functionality, which I don't use now. And occasionally it'll make a meal out of getting back to the base for reasons unknown to me. But 9/10 times, this works really well at keeping the flat hoovered.

All you really need in a robot vacuum, the app works perfectly, the suction is great, self emptying is also brilliant. You can even link it up with scenes within the app itself, with siri or apple home to clean automatically at specific times of the day, and adjust the suction depending. The only thing its lacking is the automatic removal / addition and drying of the mop pad, which is available in the more expensive model. This is fair enough, but putting the mop on will cause it to drag along carpets even if you don't have mopping turned on, so you really have to attach it then move it to the area you want it to mop in.

I've had this for over a year and use it fairly regularly. Overall I am pleased. It was much better priced than equivalents especially for dual hoover/mop plus the self emptying option is great. The one downside is on older carpet that are a a bit worn it is not as efficient. We have a dog and hair do get tangled up in the brushes.

Great product, good suction and it works really well to keep the floor presentable day to day. Floor mapping tech is excellent. I also struggled (like others) linking it to Alexa voice control through the Mii home app / skill per the instructions….but then I found if you also add the Dreame skill (as well) to Alexa it works. Its a bit rubbish the instructions don’t tell you to do that and its clearly frustrating lots of people! Otherwise its a very clever bit of kit that just works.

Great price, works as it should and cleans both the hard floor (tile) and small carpet area very thoroughly, usually have a small amount of sand/grit and plenty of dog and cat hair that gets vacuumed up well. Very quiet when on standard setting, i give the floors a turbo vac once a week. Have used the mop function to some success. The self emptying feature is also a plus as i can set and forget. I bought extra bags for the homing station for future use.

Great vacuum, leave it and it maps and does it all by itself. Empties when it goes back to base, would’ve liked it to go back to base to empty when full rather than at the end. Highly recommend.
