Since purchasing this roughly a month ago it has really made a difference to my allergy symptoms. It is of a medium warmth, light but very cosy. I used to wake up with a runny nose and dark circles pretty much every day but since buying this along with the pillow cases and pillows I no longer have that problem. I haven't changed anything else, so if you are a sufferer from dust in particular and hayfever then go ahead and treat yourself to this; well made and does what it says!
