I bought this to try because it's cheaper than the product I have been using the past few years. I was pleasantly surprised. I take 2 tablets a little before bed. If I wake up between 1am & 3am, I take a 3rd tablet. I cancelled my subscription to my old product & began a subscription to this starting in April. It doesn't "knock you out like prescription sleep aids, but it helps me fall asleep & get back to sleep.

Love Banyan Botanicals as a company. This product is a game changer for sleep. My wife and I use this product on occasion. We don't experience a sleep hangover like you get with some products. It does help with sleep and relaxation without the grogginess. Arrives on time. Regular Subcbriber

Very effective for getting me to fall asleep and stay asleep. I had some old ones that also worked - lol. Just bought a new bottle and they are less smelly. And work well. I take two.

Melatonin free and Works as described, as desired.

These are really the best possible. Please don't change the formula.

It does help relax and calm you before bed, but it will not knock you out or put you to sleep if you are a heavier insomniac like me (I still need melatonin for that). Just beware of the AWFUL smell. I have taken a lot of supplements over the years, and other Banyan products too, but this is by far the most foul smelling product I've EVER used. I have to open the bottle while holding it away from me and then wash my hands after touching just one pill because it smells that bad (no exaggeration). Surprisingly, it doesn't taste bad or anything, so I just make sure to not get a whiff before I pop it in my mouth. I might try two pills to see if that helps, but so far I take one about an hour before I take melatonin and it helps slow my overactive brain down to get me ready for sleep. Overall, I have really liked all of the Banyan products I have used.

I have used Banyan products for YEARS and this is just one of the products I use daily. I take 1 tablet about an hour before i go to sleep. I also use and ashwagandha at night, Helps me a lot for a great smooth night sleep.

I was so excited to try this based on the five star reviews. Unfortunately for me, not only did it not work, but it created the opposite effect. I was sedated but could not sleep. I also had a little anxiety which was strange, once it kicked in. The entire next day I felt very out of sorts. You also can’t return it, so you spend $40 plus on something that you can’t use. I was disappointed to say the least.
