ArtlineRefill Ink (ESK-50A, BLACK) for Artline 5109A Big Nib Markers, Plus 500A, 509A, 550A, and 5100A Whiteboard Markers

It’s a great product.

I tried this refill product to avoid having to throw out whiteboard markers after only several (6-8) classes of use, esp. with a jumbo marker. Now I can extend the marker's life and save money with this refill. Works great.

The ink itself works wonderfully. But I received a 20 ML bottle whereas the image and description said 60 mL. And it was a glass bottle with a screw cap lid and not a plastic squeezable dropper lid. Very disappointed.

Ink is fine. It's the material container I was a bit disappointed (minus 1 star). First time I bought this, I got the exact item on the ad's image. It's a slightly bigger bottle with a long nozzle (similar to super glue) so you don't have to use any transfer dropper. 2nd and 3rd time I bought this item, I received a smaller glass bottle that comes with a plastic transfer dropper. I like the item I received first time I bought it, you get what they are advertising. 2nd and 3rd time, just eh. Felt like there's lesser content with the newer glass container, and it could get messy with the plastic dropper.

The picture shows a 60-ml bottle and that's what I thought I was getting. Instead, all I got was a 20-ml bottle. This has happened to me twice now. The product is good (and from a quality standpoint, worth five stars) but I would like it in a bigger bottle, especially at the given price, and especially when the picture is not representative of what I am actually getting.

As others noted, the bottle you actually receive is different than the one advertised. It is smaller and red label, not blue. The ink is perfectly fine, but they are sending tiny bottles instead of the one shown here.

Was not what I expected, will not order again

I paid for a 60ml bottle, all I got was a 20ml bottle. and "This item isn't eligible for return".
