Does the headlight have both a slow and fast flash mode?

I had to look at the manual to see how to activate the flashing, as it is a SOS mode. It seems to give several quick flashes followed by several slower flashes, and then cycles. I don't know if it can be kept in just one mode for flashing.

Does the USB power bank still work when the headlight is off?

Turn off the bike headlight, the power bank still work. Turn on the headlight and power bank functions can be used at the same time.

In the box there is an extra small piece that has a quick release button on it . This piece is separate from the mount . Where does it ho ?
