Is there a front and rear shock upgrade that you would recommend?

I have the Schwinn Ember (Sam's club version, same bike) I upgraded the rear shock to an Exa 382 coil with lock out 165mm eye to eye (750lb spring) and upgraded the front fork to a Rockshox 30 tk silver with a straight steered tube (again a coil). It made a big difference, no more pogo effect and a much improved ride.
