3/3/25 I bought this shower furniture for an entirely different purpose than to sit in my shower stall! For at least 2 months I'd been searching online & in stores for a nice-looking shoe rack to go in the master bedroom of my apartment. It needed to go on a wall near my bed. The bamboo headboard looks similar to teak, which is my favorite wood. As you'd expect, I looked under the name "shoe rack." Then I checked online for different products that might do the same job, including bar carts & bookcases. Most of these items wouldn't have accommodated all 6 pair of my women's size 11 "boats" even if they had met my other criteria & had good reviews. A local store search gave me the opportunity to discover how many items that looked decent weren't stable when touched! Finally I was inspired to search on Amazon for shower furniture and came upon this beautifully designed and well-made teak piece that seemed far too elegant to be in a shower stall. The reviews were excellent. When it arrived & was put together, it was perfect for the space I had in mind & looked great near the bed. From the solid, well-finished construction of my "shoe rack," I could tell it would last for a very long time. By the way, my "boats" look way nicer on those shower shelves than they used to when lined up on the carpet!

Very impressed with the quality of the bench. All fasteners (except the 4 required for assembly) are really well concealed and the finish is beautiful. It is heavy (in a good way) and I believe it will outlast me. Just a very pleasant surprise in terms of craftsmanship.

The product is as described. I was please with the overall quality and the assembly instructions were simple and straight forward. All of the hardware fit perfectly and once assembled it was extremely stable. The feet were easily adjusted for the shower floor. I trust it will be like any other teak products and will require some finish maintenance after a number of months, which I think is expected. So far I would have to say that I would recommend it and would buy another just for sitting on to change cloths, put on shoes or boots.

We remodeled out bathroom and I wanted a nice bench/chair for out new shower. This is pricey but so worth it. It was easy to put together, very sturdy and the perfect height. The wood is absolutely gorgeous. This is our first Teak product so we were not familiar with products required to maintain it. I made the mistake of not ordering these products at the same time and after a week I was noticing a "dullness" to the wood. So, I ordered the kit of products and after using the cleaner and then applying the teak wood oil it was gorgeous and protected once again.

Ill health brought a need to be able to sit in the shower. This Teak Wood Bench is SOLID and beautiful. That it includes a storage shelf with excellent capacity is a nice extra. You won't regret having this.

This is a great bench. It looks great. It is very sturdy and stable. The feet on the bottom are adjustable to it sits flat and doesn’t wobble on the shower floor. I wood highly recommend this item.

Absolutely gorgeous! You get what you pay for!

This stool has been a very unique find in that. It is 24 inches tall and very sturdy. I got it for my wife’s birthday and she has loved using it since its arrival and it was very easy to put together myself. The screws went into the wood very easily and did not cause any challenges and allows for an individual to sit on it easily so long as they’re under 300 pounds. The one thing I will say is that I removed a store as the color did not show up in the color depicted online and was slightly darker which some people might prefer.

Im really pleased with this. It is solid, well built, nice looking and beautiful to look at.

For this price, was dissapointed that 3 of the 8 countersink screws would not countersink thus sitting on the top of the wood & not flush or countersunk which they were supposed to be. I didnt buy this bench in order to fix a problem, or start drilling screw holes! Very poor job of drilling for the screws leaving a gap now between the pieces of wood that were supposed to be joined. Additionally, matching plugs could be added instead of leaving a hole with a screw.

Love my shower bench, teak so won't warp. Perfect height. Easy assembly. Well packed for shipping. Nice to sit and enjoy rain shower head.
