Straight out of the box and fully charged, only the blue light works.
Unfortunately all the “negative” reviews are actually true. I had been eyeing this item for a while now, and decided to pull the trigger with the black Friday deal. I received it very quickly, great job, Amazon! Sadly, upon first use only the blue light will come on then it’ll constantly beep no matter what angle I try. I did all the recommended troubleshooting and still just blue light beeps. My mom purchased hers from Ulta earlier this year so I know how to use it as I tried it once on myself and son and we LOVED it, simply amazing…when it works! She got about 3 1/2 months of use, using twice a week before it started doing the exact same thing. Which unfortunately for her was past the 90 day return window. Ulta said this is a very common issue, one of their most returned facial tools and she never heard back from BeautyBio via email or phone call. I should’ve listened to her when she warned me not to purchase it! Oh well, back in the box and headed to UPS store. I was really looking forward to using this on myself and teenage son. So with all this said has anyone found a comparable device that actually works and stays working?? I’d appreciate a reply if so. So all in all I’d recommend not purchasing this item unless you want to take a gamble to be one of the lucky ones that works for more than a day to a week or a few months. BUYER BEWARE & save your money!

Hydro-Facial at home
This is a great tool for blackheads and oily skin. I used it on myself and the discard chamber definitely reflected what came off, but my friends's skin was very telling. They have very delicate skin that tears easily, but struggles with blackheads that become painful on their nose. This was an excellent remedy! The device has to be held upright at all times to work, so it can be difficult to get to some spots, but overall-works great.

Better value than the spa
I bought this for myself as a way to give my face some TLC without the price tag that comes with spa facials. The good: It's super easy to use, has great suction, and it really works! (The proof is in the gunk you see in the waste chamber when you look at all the junk that just got sucked out of your skin)The not-so-good: The treatment and waste chambers are small. You use up the contents of the treatment chamber pretty quickly - even faster if you use higher suction levels - and the waste chamber fills up fast. Not a deal breaker, but it would be nice if they were a little bit bigger. It's also slightly annoying having to buy the treatment concentrate on an ongoing basis. A single bottle will last me a couple months, but it's an ongoing expense having to shell out $50ish bucks for the concentrate. Still, $50 for a few months of weekly at-home facials is way cheaper than going to the spa, so it's an expense that I'll endure for the results I get.

Stopped working after two uses
I used it a couple times the first month and when it worked, it did really well. I just took it out again and the blue light comes on, but the engine doesn’t work. I fully charged it and did a lot of research and it still doesn’t work. I see there are a lot of reviews on here about that and I wish I had read them before because I just wasted $200. Not to mention refills of the serum or $50 apiece. Very disappointing.

So Satisfying!
I love a good hydrafacial, but they are expensive! My daughter has large pores and terrible blackheads, and we are always trying to get her pores clean. This was easy to charge, set up, and complete the "at-home" hydrafacial. After my daughter washed her face, added the solution in the chamber, and I started passing the tool on her face. Some people might say "Yuck!" to all the gunk that filled the other chamber, but we were like, "Whoa!"Her skin looked so clean! This was a great purchase to elevate your skin care routine!

DO NOT BUY!
I bought one about a year ago and used it for several months. It stopped working but I had it too long to do anything about it. When it was on sale during Amazon days I decided to try it again, maybe I just got a dud. I even ordered another tool that looked like it would perform similarly but their suction was much too strong. This one lasted even less time than the original one. This is a great devise and it helped my skin look great. BUT, if it only lasts 4 months it definitely isn't worth it. I am very disappointed but I want everyone to know that you are gambling with this expensive tool thinking it will last more than a few months. DO NOT BUY!!! Update- I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement. Now just a few months later the replacement won't charge or turn on.

Pump clogging is the reason it stops working
I love this product because it really clears my face. However, when I have a lot of dry skin, that’s when it immediately clogs and loses suction. Took me a while to figure this out. There needs to be a process for clearing the pump or some kind of cleaning solution (IPA in the ultrasonic cleaner works well for the tips).Unfortunately I’ve replaced it close to 6 times (what the f) because it’s the ONLY thing that keeps my face clean. They always replace it but I’m sick of doing it every 4-6 months. I’m done now and going to find an alternative.

Not worth the money
It worked okay the first few weeks. I generally use it twice a week. Now, 5 weeks in, it’s not charging. And yes, I’ve made sure it fits into the charger the right way. But not charging. So a $200 waste of money.
