Look. My cousin told me to get one of these years ago and I was like yeah, sure, whatever. I have a surgery coming up and figured I’d grab one because I hate sleeping on my back and figured this would be helpful; something to kinda give my head support and keep me upright type of thing. To be clear, it is primarily for side sleepers, which I am. And lord Jesus, I should have listened to my cousin the first time. I sleep like a log. I love this stupid thing. It’s comfortable, it’s cool, it’s perfect. It also smells nice? Not too soft, not too firm, it’s just right.

I'm not a side sleeper so I can't comment on this pillow's intended use, but for sleeping on my back, I get such a sound sleep using this pillow. It greatly improved my quality of sleep. But, when I washed it the first time when I got noticed all this black stuff in the pillow so I washed it again and dried it. And didn't see any in the drier. I'm washing it for the third time after sleeping on it for a while and still this stuff. It is disturbing so I am tossing this pillow even though I like it so much. I will check with Amazon first to see if I can get a replacement though. Wondering if anyone else had this problem. Update: This pillow, though very comfortable was infested with some type of bug it appears. The stuff that was coming out in the wash was biological and appeared to be bug pieces. I think I must have killed them doing the initial wash but if they were bed bugs, I'm pretty sure the eggs would survive. I just ended up throwing the pillow away. I noticed something was off when I will feeling a little sick after sleeping on the pillow for a while. I should have not ignored that black stuff seaping out of the pillow after I washed it the first time, when it was delivered. Not sure if this was done by some hateful person or if it was unintentional, but it was disturbing all the same.

My husband loves it, however for the price a pillow case should be included.

This pillow was supposed to support your shoulders It absolutely did not It was so uncomfortable and not plush like it looks

I got one when I broke my arm. Helped me to sleep comfortably. When my daughter hurt her shoulder, I bought one for her. It helped her, too. And she is picky about pillows!

I do not like this pillow. I followed the instructions and tried it, and it was my worst sleep ever. I waited a few days and tried it again, and it still don't do anything for me. It feels like it's too small. I would love to send it back, but I did sleep on it for 3 tries, and I threw the original box away. Can I send it back in a different box, because this was a waste of money? $65.64
