I bought this brace because I get back pain because I tend to slouch a bit & I am also hunched over a computer all day long, which doesn't help things any. So it arrived and I put it on. It's like having your mother right there telling you to stand up straight all day long, except it doesn't talk and you wear it instead of being yelled at by mom😂😂 It's a very easy pull back that makes you stand straighter so you don't feel the pull. SO FABULOUS!!! It kindof prods you up except it doesn't hurt. When you stand up straight, you obviously know it's on because the straps are criss-crossed in front of you, but it's not bulky or cumbersome at all which is awesome because so many braves are SO UNCOMFORTABLE 😣 For the ladies who are wondering exactly how this will work with breasts; in my opinion, it would be just fine for small or large breasted women👍🏻👍🏻 This purchase was a very pleasant surprise as far as quality and the fact that it actually works. The instructions are on a postcard in the package and are a step by step picture demonstration...SUPER EASY TO FOLLOW!!!! You can't wear it under something form fitting, but it fits just fine under a loose t-shirt. I plan on buying a second one for my hubby! COMFY & WORKS GREAT!!! Highly Recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

absolutely love this back stretcher! It’s simple to use, yet incredibly effective. I'm a chiropractor and was looking for something more for thoracic support for my wife. This brace is okay for that - but just okay. The lumbar support is fine but this device more for some posture correction than it is for support. The thoracic spine is the area from the first rib all the way down to your last rib - so, just below the neck to the last rib. Slide your finger from the bottom of the last rib over to the middle of your back. That is roughly where the last rib (12th rib) attaches to you last thoracic vertebra (12th thoracic vertebra). The issue with thoracic support is that you probably need something to wrap around your entire midsection - as is the case with the lumbar spine. But normal breathing also uses muscles between your ribs. Therefore you don't want anything to constrict that which is why there is not much out there. My wife has severe arthritis in her entire spine so I'm not going to adjust her (in case you're wondering). So if you're looking for something for your mid back, this is fair. You'll probably need to try it and see if it provides the support you need. If not, Amazon is cool with returning it. Just beware that the sizing is small and any brace is no excuse for poor lifting techniques.

I bought this product, since I need help with my back, the size of the girdle was not for me, I think it was too small, I contacted the Seller and they quickly gave me a refund. I saw that the product has good quality so I decided to buy in another size and it was the best purchase in this product, it helps me a lot in my work and the supports do not bend and the fabric does not break, it is great! I must also say that the customer service is good.

0 stars this product is so flimsy its useless furthermore it does nothing to support me in any way shape or form is a little small and digs under your arms to make it so uncomfortable that you have to remove it immediately. So in conclusion you cant wear it for any length of time because of how poorly designed not to mention this this is super cheaply made. This product also does nothing fit as described as its design makes it extremely hard to put on. You reach for the belt an it pulls away from you as its attached to the shoulder strap ? I mean who thought that was a good idea?

I tried a few of these, buy and return over and over, from inexpensive to expensive. this when first opening I thought felt too light and cheap! I was wrong, this is a case of simple is better. It just works like it should. this has no shoulder pads, no extra straps (attempting) to pull strain off underarms. But its not needed. The version with shoulder pads, just made you fiddle with them, and added extra unneeded bulk, they NEVER sit right for long to pad anything. A few have these straps that try to pull the shoulder straps away from armpits. Nope they dont work! More useless addons. This product has a nice WIDE waist section, doesn't roll over itself, creep up, or pull your shirt up. it stays put and tucks your tummy and lumbar just right. the back boning stays in, and doesn't start poking out the top. Even though there is extra fabric where shoulder straps are sewn close to back of your neck (compared to copies) there is no force pushing into back of your neck like a lot of others. The shoulder straps are thin but don't bother under arms nearly as much as any other products. They ALL bug your there, no matter what. You are not constantly messing with those straps on this. You don't forget its on, but you are not losing focus from work while its on. The lightness of this product is great. You really can wear it all day. all the others. 15 mins to 1 hour max (forced). I am extremely happy with this as a designer who sits at a drawing screen all day! This one is PERFECT FINALLY!!! Thank you

I’ve been using the zszbace posture corrector for a few weeks now, and I can already see a difference in my posture and how I carry myself. It gives strong support to my upper and lower back without feeling bulky or restrictive. The metal stays and adjustable straps keep everything in place, and the soft, breathable material makes it surprisingly comfortable—even during longer wear at work or while walking. What I really appreciate is how easy it is to put on and adjust by myself. The fit is secure, and unlike others I’ve tried, it doesn’t dig into my shoulders or neck. This item is okay, if you just want a nicely sewn thing to hug the body. It is well sewn, with good velcro and an air wicking type of material. But offer no support and fails to stay in place, on the waist, even while just sitting. It does not provide back support and it does not assist posture at all. There are two, thin metal-like (but not strong metal) pieces sewn into the back of the item. They aren't stiff or rigid and don't support anything. It's a very basic waist hugging item, but it does not brace, support or assist with pain, at all. I rate this item, in pieces, as follows: Design rates a 3. It has an unusual an semi uncomfortable way of being worn. I needed some help figuring it out. Sewing rates a 5, well done. Fabric rates a 5. Velcro rates a 5. Elastic rates a 4. It doesn't really wick away moisture, it gets hot pretty quickly, if you are moving or doing anything. That's the reason for a brace... to enable one to perform the tasks of life, with support. This ad says it will aid those with upper and lower back pain. Nice try, but it doesn't really do anything, except give one the false illusion of being supported. The item does not stay in place, on the waist, it rides up. This makes it useless for lower back support. It won't stay in the area it's meant to support. I gave this item a really fair try, by wearing it in different daily, home situations and once outside, on a bicycle. I wore it with t-shirts because the way it is designed, it goes under the armpits. It's uncomfortable and likely impossible for some folks to wear with a tank top or a work out garment. It would rub the arms and the armpits, causing irritation. I saved myself from that and wore a clean t-shirt while trying it. Fair and balanced review says: don't buy this if you want and need an item with this title. This item gave it 'the old college try,' but failed. Therefore, I am returning it for a full refund well within the appointed time frame. I will try my doctor for a real, medicinal, therapeutic brace for my spine.

Compro roupas para mim do tamanho M e G, porém mesmo comprando do tamanho XL ainda ficou pequeno, estava procurando algo que da suporte na area lombar e toracica, porém mesmo o tamanho XL não tem tamanho o sulficiente para alcanças a lombar, lembrando eu tenho 1,72m de altura e peso 80Kg a entrega foi meio bizarra, o rastreio disse que o produto só foi enviado 2 semanas após a compra, e após enviado demorou 2 dias para chegar, e mas esquisito ainda é que antes da compra a pagina falou que ia demorar 7 dias para a entrega, mas o praso de entrega foi colocado para 2 meses após a compra. o material é muito fragil, ao colocar a primeira vez escutei algo rasgando apesar que que não pude identificar aonde, e o velcro usado é muito fraco, não pude prender de forma adequada porque o velcro fica soltando.
