Great little device
The Hyperice customer service via chat was great. Was very knowledgeable as he had one Answered all of my questions, and even got a email copy of our conversation. So far the venom go has been great. I’ve used it about 15 times and it really helps relax the muscle. The battery lasts for a little less than an hour but you can make it last a little longer depending on the heat and vibration combination picked. It takes about 2.5 hours to recharge. It has 3 different vibration cycles and 3 heat levels. Heats up immediately and gets nice and warm. The entire 5”X3.5” pad heats up vibrates. The vibration is amazingly strong for its size. The replacement pads are a bit pricey at about $10 each bought in a pack of 3. Wish the venom go was less expensive as I would consider buying another one.

Works well
I recently purchased the Hyperice Venom Go, and it has been a game-changer for my recovery routine. This portable device is a true marvel! The combination of heat and vibration therapy provides targeted relief to sore muscles and helps alleviate tension. The compact design makes it convenient to use on-the-go, and the rechargeable battery ensures long-lasting performance. The Hyperice Venom Go is incredibly easy to use with its intuitive controls, allowing me to customize the intensity and heat levels to suit my needs. The build quality is impressive, and the materials used feel durable and high-end. I appreciate the thoughtful design, making it comfortable to wear and allowing me to continue with my daily activities while enjoying the benefits of therapeutic relief.

Battery issues
I like Hyperice's massage gun so I felt good about ordering this product. When I operated the system with vibration & heat, the battery only lasted 9 minutes. I tried vibration only after the next charge. It lasted 12 minutes. These are too short of a time to make the product usable for me.

good vibrations
Unit works well, however it does need to be charged more often than I would like.

Back trouble magic eraser
I started a job where I was constantly on my feet 9 - 10 hours a day and so not used to that. Pulled my back out by the third day. Tried all the regular stuff, heat pads, icy hot, etc. I wanted something I could wear at work to help during shift not maintenance afterwards. This little thing is awesome. I just put the adhesive pad on my lower back where the trouble was and attach the massager. Fits undetected under my clothing except the soft vibrating noise when turned on. 3 heat settings and 3 massage settings. Can be used in all different combinations or alone. Stays on about 10 minutes and turns off automatically. Got me through the tough times until my body adjusted. Wow, best find ever.

Short battery life. Loud vibration. Probably still worth it!
I want to give this 4 stars but the short battery life and embarrassingly loud buzzing prevent it. The pads started being loose at the edges on the first use also even with good prep. The heat is awesome, but as I mentioned battery life suffers. Even if the unit was a little larger to help with that I’d be happier. The vibration is nice. But loud. I’ll leave it off in public like at my desk and just use the heat. The battery still dies after a few cycles. Is it still worth the money? I’ll keep it at my desk for sore muscles

Great Little Travel Versatile Heat Pack
I love this product. I have been training martial arts for the past 17 years. I used to train 5 - 6 x a week, but as I age, I've cut it down to 2 x a week. As you get older, you need to focus a lot more on self care and recovery and this is one of the top items I use. Although I don't use it after every session, i always use it when I'm sore and/or feel like i've pulled yet another body part. The main complaint I see people have is the short battery life, which is about 30 minutes on a full charge for me at level 2 heat and constant vibration. Honestly, I understand why people would want a longer life, but I've read that it's actually not good to use heat packs or items for extended periods of time as it actually damages the skin/cells/muscles when exposed to too much heat for too long. 30 minutes is fine for me and the intermediate strength of the vibration feels better than I would expect. The pads actually last long. I've been using the same 1 pad since I opened this up a year and a half ago. It's perfectly possible as well as you clean it with rubbing alcohol occasionally and only use this when you're relatively clean. I don't use it on wet or dry sweat. If I had exercised earlier in the day, I would use it only after showering but before I put on any lotions. During the day, I may use it as long as I haven't worked out. Every now and then I would rub it down with the alcohol pad. That being said, I'm not a hairy person so I don't use it on places I have access body hair, such as my legs. All in all, I would consider buying additional Venom line items due to my happiness with this item, but I would wait for a sale.

Good idea but some serious shortcomings
I have other products by this manufacturer and love them. This one has serious shortcomings that, for me renders it ineffective. The charge life is only about thirty minutes. Love the fact it is small and can be adhesive to the pain area but the heat and massage levels are far too low to have any impact. Wish I could return it….

I use this all the time for direct heat for muscles - not a fan of the vibration aspect but the heat works great and stays put.

A really good piece of kit that I would use daily if it wasn’t for the battery being so poor, meaning I sent it back. As soon as the battery improves, I’ll buy it in a flash.
