I bought this for cooking, but the bottle says external use only. What is true?

We have been cooking only with mustard oil since childhood. Been living in US for last 40 years and still cook only with Cold Pressed mustard oil. I am close to 80 years now. Use it at your discretion. Never ever used any refined oil.
