I love these and they do what they promised. Within one month I saw a difference in my shedding hair. I'm currently going on 3 months taking them. No shedding and my hair id actually starting to grow. They taste good too.

WOW! Totally surprised its working.
I was reluctant to try these thinking they wouldn't work anyway but WOW was I surprised. I've only been using these since June 6 and have taken 2 almost everyday (I skipped a few Sundays) and I am already seeing small baby hairs growing where my temporal thinning was. I had total bald spots on both sides of the crown and it's amazing to see those little baby hairs. I can't feel my hair is thicker but it seems like it will get there. Weirdly enough I didn't realize this would also make my nails grow because I suddenly noticed my nails were growing way faster than they normally do. So I would recommend this product.

They stopped my hair loss
These gummies helped save my hair. I take them in combination with a biotin gummy and my hair is healthier than ever. It used to fall out in clumps and clog up the drain in the shower. When I started taking these along with biotin, my hair loss stopped. I am so happy that I found these. They taste kind of citrusy in my opinion.
