The Anolon Ascend line only has the 3qt saucepan available. There is a 1.5qt saucepan that comes with the 10-piece hard anodized nonstick cookware set. We hope this helps.

is the cooking area flat or concave?

The cooking area is flat only the side are beveled to help get your food out the pan. Just a reminder never uses metal utensils or knives only wooden and plastic utensils in a non-stick pan. Never use steel wood or abrasive cleaner. Always remove your hot to a cool burner and neve pour water in it while it's cooling. Do not wash a hot pan it will destroy the finish.
