I have used these vitamin patches for years! They are great for people like me with sensitive stomachs that can’t handle pill forms of vitamins.

They work! increased my Vitamin D lab level from 28 to 48 in 3 months!
I was taking Pioneer chewable D3/K2 which I loved, but they were out of stock everywhere. I ran out and had yearly general blood panel done which showed that my level was low at 28. I have very sensitive skin (I can't wear bandaids without a reaction), so, I was concerned but based on other's reviews about them being OK for sensitive skin, I decided to give them a try. I put one patch on at night before bed for 5 nights every week, would wear it all night (stayed on just fine) and would remove in the morning (without any skin irritation!) because I wanted to see how my body would react. After the first couple of weeks, I could tell, on the nights that I didn't put one on before bed, that I felt more joint pain and wasn't as energetic. My doctor ordered the lab work to retest and my level came in at 48 after 3 months of using this patch! They work for me! My doctor said to continue with the patches nightly and we will recheck again in 3 months. So glad that these work so well - I much prefer using a patch than taking capsules or chewables. I'm now going to try other products from this company.

It doesn't work, be careful
I got diagnosed with a vitamin d deficiency and I took these patches because I had severe kidney pain and anything I ate made my sides hurt, supplements especially. I took these for a while and I thought they were doing something until I decided to try vitamin d3 drops and it's a night and day difference. I even put a piece of duck tape over the patch since it would crinkle on the corners and or slightly detach but it still wouldn't work. Learn from my mistake and just get some vitamin d drops, the one's I got are from Pure Encapsulations vegan version which are top shelf quality and high price but your health is worth it.
