Yellow...colour
The capsules are bright yellow...and so is my urine.. they must contain a lot of colouring in the capsules.. however they are easy to swallow and so far I'm migraine free

Mixed opinion
While it did not work for migraines, neither for me or my daughter. They really work for vitamin B2 deficiency. I had cracked lips that stayed for weeks. I had one pill and tye cracks were gone!

Game changer!
I have tried a few of the Riboflavin products - while those has been good and effective in serving their purpose, I decided to try this variation, containing ginger and feverfew. Within just 1 week of taking one tablet per day, I was astounded to notice the incredible difference in my day-to-day symptoms. The symptoms of migraine and some imbalance had alleviated substantially. I would highly recommend this product to those in need of vitamin B2 supplements. The ginger additive is a natural antiseptic and really helps to quell brewing infections.

Good product combination
I researched on various migraine help sites whether there was a herbal remedy to help prevent my migraines, I didn’t want to takes lots of different capsules so this was a good find to have them all in one. Only been using for two weeks so a bit early to comment on effectiveness but if you suffer from severe migraines like me if might be worth a try. Migraine free since I started taking them.
