J’ai testé ces pellets Weber avec mon barbecue à pellets, et le résultat est bluffant. Ils brûlent de manière uniforme, sans produire trop de cendres, ce qui facilite l’entretien de la cuve. L’arôme de bois est bien présent, mais pas trop fort : il ajoute une vraie profondeur au goût des viandes,. La combustion est propre, sans odeur chimique, ce qui prouve la qualité du bois utilisé.Un excellent choix pour les amateurs de fumage ou de grillades au goût boisé. Je rachèterai sans hésiter.
