Has anyone removed these ? I’d like to know how difficult it was and if damaged hardwood floors

This has been a legitimate nightmare for me. I removed the plastic but the adhesive has stayed behind. Honestly it’s impossible to get a clean removal. I’d love to know who that wizard is below who was able to do it. I’ve tried to attack the adhesive left behind with goo gone, graffiti remover and a hair dryer. Nothing works. My hardwood floors are damaged.

Will they ruin the finish on hard wood floors?

Yes. It removed gloss from my stairs. Still a good product but you will have to sand and re-varnish your stairs if you take them off.

We have a lab that sheds a lot. Will dog hair stick to these if so how do you remove it?

I gave a rotti that sheds all the time as well and i just use and indoor/outdoor broom on my stairs and the hair comes right off

I haven't had to remove the tape, yet. If your wood is stained, I don't think it would remove the stain. It will remove the dirt...
