They come sealed tightly. Sterilised. I pierced my cartilage tonight using one and it was plenty sharp enough to go through quite easy. Safer than a piercing gun. Definitely recommend for the price.

Die Handhabung ist gegenüber Nadeln mit Kunststoffüberzug gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Nadeln sind aber schön scharf und als positiv zu bewerten ist der fehlende Kunststoff der noch geschnitten werden muss. Im Endeffekt weniger fummeln.
