Covers well, waterproof, misleading title
The description is a lie. It's not Smurf blue, more like a deep royal blue. I wish I had ordered it sooner to have had time to get a replacement after realizing the description was a lie. Other than being the wrong color, it is an okay product. Thick oil-based grease that should be waterproof. I suspect it will completely cover just about anything without being able to see through it. I had intended on wearing it to a pool party, and I think it would have done well in the water.

The face paint did not dry
I was pleased with the color. It did not dry at all. I used primer, applied, used hair dryer on cool setting, used a setting spray. Nothing worked. It wasn't even slightly dry after an hour. I would not use this product again

Goes on well enough, hard to make thin lines with, and doesn't dry well so it's very prone to smudging and transferring to other stuff.

The product doesn’t dry, applies splotchy, transfers and smudges. If you are just painting your face I might recomend, but not for body paint. Doesn’t stain skin though.
