Great item, so easy to fit!
My patio door handles had lost their “spring” and didn’t bounce back to the level position. I was going to call a locksmith to have a look but I am sure they would have charged an arm and a leg. So I took the handles off and saw the problem was the spring cassettes in the door handles both sides were broken. I googled what they were and where to buy. Amazon came up the cheapest. I purchased a pair, they turned up really quickly. Then I replaced the cassettes in each side of the door. This was sooooooh easy to do, a child could do it. My door handles are now back to full working condition, for a fraction of the cost to pay a professional. Honestly just so easy and done in minutes.

Worked well and simple to fit.
A simple repair. Took 10 minutes and saved me at last £100 avoiding paying tradesmen. The door handle works like new again. Delighted.

Excellent replacement door handle return spring assembly for double glazed pvc doors. Super quality and very easy to fit. Highly recommended.

Works on UPVC door, does the job
This worked as a good replacement for the cassette that came with the door as it was starting to wear. It was easy to install. I do however find it a lot more springy compared to the original one, not a bad fan of the feel but at the end of the day it does the job Hope you found my review helpful.

Cost effective and satisfactory repair solution
saved me from replacing the whole door gearbox which must have a weak or broken spring. These are easy to install and make the door handle operate like new again.

Perfect replacement for originals. Exactly as described by the seller.
The spring cassettes in our front door handles were worn and one had started to break up. I thought that I might have to buy new handles but on removing the old ones found that the problem was restricted to the cassettes. I removed one, measured it and searched Amazon for a replacement. The seller's description gave all of the measurements and these were a perfect fit. I ordered via prime, they arrived the next day (a Sunday) and I fitted them right away. The old handles now operate like new again!

I am a novice and I watched a YouTube video on how to change these. Straightforward to change and the door handle feels more robust now, also saved a lot of money by not needing to call a locksmith.
