Does it fit a 2022 Subaru Crosstrek?

They probably would fit. It is for the reason that they are not a whole cover and that they are not subject to the diameter of the steering wheel.

Does this fit a 2023 dodge charger sxt?

It should, it’s built as universal. Tight when receiving it so to force it on the steering wheel. But once remove to put it on a thinner wheel. It would stay in the form molded to the previous wheel. In conclusion. It should fit the steering wheel of your vehicle model
