It's a process, but it works.

Well worth the money. Heals scabs and deep cuts quickly. It helps to cover the honey on the wound with bandage as it is sticky and it keeps the honey fresh so it doesn't dru out.

I used it on a wound I had oh my leg. I was a bit shocked how quickly it helped in healing my leg. It’s very sticky so don’t wear clothes that may rub up against the application .

So far, I will give the product 4 stars because it does seem to work. However, the tubes are only half full.

It works fantastic on my open wounds and is an excellent value.

It helps with cuts, skin tears, & shallow pressure sores.

Incredible , 10 times better than Vaseline I put it in an arm surgery that the stitches were taking too long to heal with Vaseline

I wish I could give this two ratings instead of one, so I will do that here. Effectiveness: 5 stars I got a bad cut while rock climbing. It became infected (cellulitis) and is now being treated at a hospital wound center. They recommended Medihoney, which I was already using, and said they wished the hospital could use it as standard treatment for non-healing wounds, because it works so well. According to a Gemini analysis I ran, there is nothing better for promoting healing of an open wound and minimizing scarring. Manufacturer's/Product Integrity: 0 stars This used to be sold in a white tube. Many reviewers photographed it with backlight to show that the tube was only half full when received. So the manufacturer now sell it in a black tube that you can't see through. But there is no way that it contains 25 grams, as claimed. I bought 2 tubes, and the one I'm using seemed more than half empty at the start. As shown in the photos, the tube is much smaller than a 30g tube of a prescription product. When I put the second, unopened tube on a gram scale, the total weight, including the thick plastic tube and cap, was only 27g. There is NO WAY that this tube contains 25g of medihoney! I will buy from a medical supply company next time. Also, it has a weird cap. It twists and breaks off, but is unthreaded so it can't be replaced tightly and screwed on, so it easily falls off.

J'avais déjà soigné des petites blessures et brulures avec du miel alimentaire, mais jamais pour une plaie plus importante. Une escarre pour être précis. Après l’utilisation de divers traitements plus ou moins inefficaces, prescrits par mon médecin, et après quelques recherches sur le miel de Manuka, j’ai décidé d’essayer Activon. Ce miel médical est incroyable. En peu de temps, ma plaie est en voie de cicatrisation. De plus, les pansements au miel se retirent plus facilement que les pansements classiques, et sans aucune douleur. Ravi de ce produit ! Attention, d’après une amie infirmière, le miel est acide et pour ne pas déshydrater les tissus autour de la plaie, il faut l'appliquer en fine couche, sans déborder de la plaie. Et, avec la chaleur ambiante et corporelle, le miel coule et donc, ça n’et pas évident. Personnellement, avant de l’appliquer, je mets une pommade homéopathique cicatrisante grasse, sur la peau autour. Seul petit bémol, le bouchon ne se referme pas. Mais je conseille vivement. Le prix en vaux la chandelle.

I feel like I bought this for a spur of the moment my kids suffered from eczema and it definitely does work, but I don’t think I would purchase again because it is very sticky. Obviously, it’s real honey so yeah, just keep that in mind.
