This is an excellent product in every way - very lightweight, but strong build quality. The fit is tight, it holds my iPhone 7 Plus securely, but it’s easy to get it open and take the phone out. My only complaint is that I wasn’t able to stem mount it because my stem is too thick, but the functionality is so good in every other respect it’s still a 5 Star product for my use case.

For this price, can't complain too much. It works.

I've been using this phone mount for the last year, every day riding in NYC as a food delivery guy. I have put at least 5000 miles on this item and still going strong. I have two small complaints, mind you. One, when it gets too cold it is a pain to unscrew my phone from the mount. Two, if you want to rotate your phone you need a tool to do so, but overall, it is hard to beat this item for the money.

Definitely sturdy and strong. No bounce or vibration. At the same time, this feels more appropriate for a motorcycle given the weight.

All together I do like it. Only problem is the prongs don’t seem long enough to work with my iPhone X and case

I really do like this product but it would be nice if the ears ( clamps ) would be a little taller and if it went just a little more wider due to having an otter box cover for my I-Phone

works fine except under bumpy road conditions. My iPhone has twice fallen out while I was on a ride and went over a rough curb transition. "Fixed" this issue with using a left over silicone holder from a different phone carrier I had laying around. Other simple fix would be as simple as a rubber band.
