Perfect Commercial Griddle for Food Trailers

I install this in my food trailer, and it works great. The griddle heats evenly and maintains consistent temperature, which is perfect for cooking a variety of foods quickly during busy service. It's also easy to convert over to LP gas. This product is very heavy so make sure you have extra help to lift it. The stainless steel construction feels sturdy and durable, and the size fits well in a food trailer setup without taking up too much space. Overall, this is a high-quality, reliable griddle that performs like a commercial-grade appliance.
