Will this welder do Lift tig welding?

No,just stick and mig welding. Works quite well for small jobs.

Get the adapter which comes with it and screw it to the main three pin plug and then take that plug and put that into the wall socket. Hope that helps.

Is this machine a 2in1 or a 3in1 ... the product images are confusing.

It is advertised as 3 IN 1, but as a complete novice I haven't actually had a chance to use it as yet.

Can you weld car body panels with this welder?

I've tried to weld 0.8mm steel and it burns through, the lowest setting is 50 which I think is too high. Otherwise I'm very happy with the welder, very easy to use on thicker steel.
