Tost

This spectacular album shows Harv developing from a duo of talented fiddle players into a force to be reckoned with in Swedish music. The compositions are lithe and lively. The players are all at the top of their game and in stellar form. Must was a great album if you like Swedish fiddle tunes. Tost finds those fiddles folded into an almost Vasen-like setting, with (believe it or not) virtuosity almost on the same level as Olav Johannsen and his crew. Tost illustrates that all of the hype over Must was not misplaced, and puts Harv in place as one of the top bands in Scandanavian folk. If you're a fan of Must, or of Swap, Boot, or especially Vasen, I highly recommend this album.
